This week I’m joined by Lauren Langdell from Trust in Soda.

She started working in recruitment straight out of university and worked her way through the ranks at Trust in Soda.

She now lives in LA and is focused on growing their offices (despite a global pandemic).

It was great to sit down with him and talk about her tenure in recruitment, as well as what she does to separate herself from other consultants and agencies, inclusive of her events focussed on DE&I.
